So much has been going on lately I feel like I haven’t given any blog love in a while. So here is a collection of jumbled thoughts that keep swimming around in my head lately…
1) Piano Guys. If you haven’t heard of these guys, check out their YouTube video’s. It is primarily two guys who play the piano and the cello. The music is inspirational and soothing and many of their videos make me laugh and appreciative of the beauty in people. Especially watch their Cello Wars (star wars parody)! Thanks to Farid (a fellow Genesis alum) of Far/Wid Photography out of Pennsylvania for introducing them to me!
2) Wedding Booths. One of the things which has kept us busy lately has been coming up with idea’s for a booth at the upcoming Bridal Show at the Marriott on June 6th. This will be our first time doing a booth at any bridal expo, so we want to make sure we do it right. We are picking out our favorite prints, ordering additional albums, and have story-boarded out a fun video I hope to make for the show and our site. More posts on this activity as it gets closer.
3) Baby Names. We are over the halfway mark with baby3. This means we need to start thinking baby names. Nicole came up with our first two daughters names and I said this one was all mine. Problem is Nicole is better at coming up with names and I think I’m lovin the one she recently told me. We plan on sharing this news in a fun and creative way like we did with the announcement of baby3 and the gender of baby3. So stay tuned for that!
4) Photos that speak. I love photographs that tell part of a story. The ones that you look at and make you wonder. My goal is to do this for everyone we photograph for. A few days ago I realized with baby3 coming soon, Aubrey and Ella would have another little sister. So this time, the time they have now before baby3 comes is a special time of them being just two sisters. It also made me grasp that I needed to grab my camera and capture the now, this time now, for them. These are some of the small mundane photos that speak to me softly now, but will be speaking very loud to me and these two sisters years from now.

^Sometimes when you see the things you want in life, you just have to go for it.

^Whudup g?

^Keep reaching for your dreams, you’ll get there.

^sisterly love.
